Hexbolt Technologies rebuilt ShopFlow’s e-commerce platform from a legacy monolith to a modern, microservices-based architecture capable of handling peak traffic during flash sales.

Challenge & Solution

The legacy platform couldn’t handle more than 10,000 concurrent users. We migrated to a Next.js frontend with a microservices backend on GCP, implementing event-driven architecture with Pub/Sub for order processing.

Final Result

The new platform handles 100K+ daily orders with 99.99% uptime and 200ms average page load times. Revenue increased 35% in the first quarter after launch.
